How It Works:

In most cases people are not consciously aware of the reasons for their negative habits.  The awareness is at a deep subconscious level.  Since hypnosis is the language of the subconscious mind, it is there that the positive change and new behaviour needs to take place.  Through hypnosis new healthy habits and behaviours are established.

This program requires a minimum of six appointments, each consisting of a one hour session.  Each session is individual, so you receive personalized attention.  They are described on the following tabs.
