Stress is a by-product of daily living. Many people are already on overload and overwhelmed with the economy, finances and family living. With extra holiday gift buying, decorating, social events and family dynamics, the Holiday’s can magnify an already existing problem.
This workshop will help alleviate stress and reclaim the true meaning and joy of the Holiday Season.
Learning to control holiday stress will bring back the true meaning of the holiday giving you peace and joy throughout the season.
You can improve your health by reducing holiday stress and will learn techniques that can easily be applied in many other situations of daily living. The techniques you learn during this two (2) day workshop will provide you with life-long skills.
Classes are one week apart and you are provided with tools to use at home to reinforce your learning between classes, as well as providing you with continued support afterward.
